This is pure Kansa — an alloy of copper and tin that Indian kitchens have trusted for over three thousand years. Not because it was available. Because it worked. Because Ayurvedic tradition recognised what daily experience confirmed: food served in Kansa tastes cleaner, digests easier, and nourishes differently from food served in plastic, melamine, or stainless steel.
